Returns

Most REVOLV garments are made to order, meaning return or exchange eligibility depends on the item purchased.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please submit a return request within 14 days of delivery using the form below.

For items that may be eligible for a return or exchange, requests must also be submitted through this form and will be reviewed in line with our Returns Policy.

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll email you with next steps. Where appropriate, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection.

Impact Points associated with refunded items may be adjusted accordingly.
